All payments are processed through third-party payment platforms (such as Stripe), and Stravex does not store your financial information. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. You agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of the district of Itapecerica, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Stravex's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such rights.
