Refund Policy

Stravex Investimentos Digitais Ltda. ("Stravex", "we", "our" or "us") is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy describes the conditions and procedures for requesting refunds of products and services purchased through our education platforms, infoproducts, infoapps and any other products or services offered by Stravex.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Online Courses and Digital Infoproducts
You have the right to request a full refund of amounts paid for online courses and digital infoproducts within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/90).
1.2. Mentorship and Consulting Services
For mentorship and consulting services, the refund policy is defined in the specific service contract, which will be presented and agreed upon before hiring. Refunds may be granted proportionally to the service not used, or as established in the individual contract.
1.3. InfoApps and Software Subscriptions
For infoapps and subscription software, a full refund can be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days from the first purchase or renewal, provided the service has not been used or presents defects that prevent proper use. After this period, refunds will not be granted, but the subscription may be canceled to prevent future charges.
2. Refund Request Process
- Contact: Send an email to suporte@stravexinvestimentosdigitais.com with subject "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Product/Service Name]".
- Required information:
- Full name and CPF/CNPJ.
- Email used at purchase.
- Full name of the product or service purchased.
- Date of purchase.
- Order number or proof of purchase.
- Brief description of the reason (optional).
- Review: Our team will assess your request within up to 5 (five) business days.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming approval or denial.
3. Refund Processing
- Timeframe: Approved refunds are processed within up to 10 (ten) business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued through the same payment method used at purchase.
- Receipt: You will receive a receipt of the reversal or bank transfer.
4. Cases Where a Refund Will Not Be Granted
- Requests made after the 7-day window for courses, infoproducts and infoapps (except in cases of serious, unresolvable defects).
- Violation of Stravex's Terms of Use.
- Failure to meet conditions defined in a mentorship or consulting contract.
- If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information preventing processing.
5. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
